WHO WE ARE
Next Level Player Development was founded by Coach Will Wilson in Dartford, with a simple mission: to provide the kind of elite, personal coaching that genuinely changes a young player's trajectory.
We work with players of all ages and abilities across Dartford, South East London and surrounding areas. Whether your child is just starting out or chasing an academy trial, we tailor every session to where they are and where they want to go.
Our coaches are ex-players with real experience at a high level. They bring that knowledge into every session, every drill, and every conversation with your child.
Based in Dartford and New Eltham, covering all surrounding South East London areas. Sessions available 7 days a week.
OUR PHILOSOPHY
TECHNICAL
We break down every technical element and rebuild it with precision. Dribbling, passing, shooting, first touch, mastered through repetition and expert guidance.
TACTICAL
Positional awareness, movement off the ball, pressing triggers and decision-making under pressure. We teach your child to read the game like a pro.
MENTAL
Confidence, resilience and focus. We build the mindset your child needs to perform when it matters most, on the pitch and beyond.

COACH WILL
Ex-player turned elite coach. Qualified Nutritionist and Personal Trainer. Has produced players who have signed for Arsenal Academy, with connections to the club at the highest level.

Ex-player with a passion for developing young talent. Covering New Eltham and surrounding areas, Coach Bailey brings high energy and technical know-how to every session.
