BAILEY'S STORY

The Player

Bailey came up through the game alongside Coach Will at Charlton College before going on to represent Erith & Belvedere at Step 4 of the non-league pyramid. From there he built his career across a number of Step 5 and Step 6 clubs on dual registrations, gaining experience across different environments and styles of play. Most recently, Bailey spent a year in the United States on a football scholarship, competing alongside players who have gone on to build strong professional careers, an experience that sharpened his game and broadened his understanding of what high-level development really looks like.

The Coach

Coaching was always something Bailey gravitated towards. Throughout his playing career he found himself mentally cataloguing sessions, absorbing what worked, what didn't, and how the drills could be adapted and reused with younger players. That instinct has now become a mission: to give the next generation the kind of structured, high-quality coaching that genuinely moves the needle, helping them play at the same level he reached or beyond.

Coaching Style

Bailey demands intensity and maximum effort in every session, not for the sake of it, but because that's where real improvement happens. As a defender by trade, he brings particular expertise in defensive organisation, positional discipline, and the technical composure needed to receive the ball under pressure in tight spaces. Players who train with Bailey learn to be composed, competitive, and consistent.
